Make sure you enable these before playing!

Before you can start playing exciting and fun slot games, you need to ensure your pop up and flash are enabled:

1. ENABLE YOUR POP-UP
If you can’t play, one of the steps you can do is enable your pop – up settings. Choose your browser below and follow the steps.

 INTERNET EXPLORER

1. Open Internet Explorer, and then select Internet Options on the Tools menu (Gears) to open the Internet Properties dialog box.

2. Select the Privacy tab then select Settings on the Pop-up Blocker section.

3. Select Apply and Relaunch the browser.

 MOZILLA FIREFOX

1. Click the menu button and choose Options.

2.Select the Content panel. The “Block pop-up windows” must be unchecked.

3. Close the window.

4. Re-launch the browser.

 GOOGLE CHROME

1. Click the Google Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, and then select Settings.

2. Scroll Down and click Show advanced settings.

3. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.

4. Scroll down to the "Pop-ups" and tick “Allow all sites to show pop-ups”.

5. Close the browser, then launch again.

   

2. ENABLE YOUR FLASH
Games still inaccessible? Turn on your flash settings to start playing.

 GOOGLE CHROME

1. Click the Google Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, and then select Settings.

2. Scroll Down and click Show advanced settings.

3. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.

4. Scroll down to the “Flash” section and tick “Allow sites run to flash”.

5. Click done. Close the browser, then launch again.

If steps above don’t work, follow these steps:

1. Go to the URL: chrome://flags/

2. Search for the section: Run all Flash content when Flash setting is set to "allow".

3. Change the dropdown picklist to "Enabled". This will ask you to relaunch the Chrome browser.

After re-launching the browser, check game launching. This should resolve the issue.

 

3. CLEAR CACHE
You can’t still play the games? Try clearing your browser’s cache.

 INTERNET EXPLORER

1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the Settings icon. Hover on Safety option then click Delete browsing history.

2. Un-check the Preserve Favorites website data box, check Temporary Internet files and Cookies boxes then click Delete.
*The Form data, Passwords, and inPrivate Filtering data boxes may be left un-checked.

3. Relaunch the browser.

 MOZILLA FIREFOX

1. Click the menu button and choose Options.

2. Select the Advanced panel. Select Network tab. Then click Clear Now button.

3. Click OK then relaunch the browser.

 GOOGLE CHROME

1. Click the Google Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, and then hover on More tools the select Clear browsing data.

2. Check Cached images and files then click Clear browsing data button.

3. Close then relaunch the browser.
