 1. How can I receive my Bonus?

All bonuses given by Dafabet Games would have to be accepted manually by the players. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Launch any game window by clicking the “PLAY NOW” button.
  3. When the game window appears, click “ACCEPT” Clicking on “DECLINE” means you do not want to accept the bonus, therefore, bonus will not be credited to your account.

For all players using an older version of Adobe Flash Player, you are required to have a compatible version to experience full gaming. Here’s how:

2. Click on the available link to download the compatible version of Adobe Flash Player.
3. It will redirect to a page wherein you will need to click a button to download, click the button to start downloading the updated version.

1. A pop-up message will appear when you click “Play Now” on any of our games.
2. Click on the available link to download the compatible version of Adobe Flash Player.

LAUNCH THE GAMES BY ENABLING YOUR PLUGINS IN GOOGLE CHROME:

5. Browser settings have been updated. Close the settings tab, refresh the site, and start playing the games!

What are free spins?

Free spins are like free bets; you can use them for free and allow you to play without using your own money.

How do I use free spins?

3. Can I have more than one account?

The rules of our site prohibit multiple accounts. We only allow one account per household.

4. How to verify my mobile number?

To verify your mobile number, simply click the "Verify" button beside your registered number under My Profile. Once clicked, our system will send a 6-digit verification code to your mobile number. Enter the code on the required field. Once successfully verified, a verified icon will be seen beside your mobile number.

5. What if I did not receive any verification code?

6. I tried to login many times but still received the error message, "Wrong username/password".

If you had several failed log in attempts, due to CAPS lock and unnecessary spaces in username or password field, the system temporarily locks your account. Please note that the system allows you to input your password only three times, and if you failed on the third attempt your account will be automatically locked for 30 minutes.

7. Is my personal account information secure in Dafabet?
